For sellers

Auctions are run approximately once a month, no set weekend, just as soon as we have a catalog together, always 500 lots. Payment made 1-2 weeks after the auction via bank transfer only.

How it works: 

  • Commission is  charged for sales at 16.5% inclusive fo GST. No hidden charges, the commission is fees you as a seller will be charged for selling with us, no lotting, photography payment fees. 16.5% is all inclusive.

  • Drop-offs can be made by appointment only until standard auction room hours are held currently.

  • There are Transport costs if you would like us to come to you and collect items for sale. Happy to come and quote fee of charge if local, easiest thing is to TXT through photos of what you are wanting to sell. if its a consignment of a couple of items happy to collect in the van while quoting.

  • If you need bulky goods collected it's $80 and hour if it can be collected by one staff member, $110 with two staff if needed.

  • For Large collections deals cane be made.....

For buyers 

How it works:

  • Auctions will be available for viewing on days listed here.

  • All auctions will be open for pre-bidding online from the date listed live. You are able to be at the stated increments one click at a time or leave a maximum bid. The maximum bid is private to you as a buyer and can not be seen by others or in house by the auctions room staff.

  • If computers are not your thing you are able to visit us and bid in person in Tyabb. There is limited seating available so mainly standing room only. Absentee bids can be left with the auctioneer if preferred.

  • NO telephone bids here can be taken. You may send your own representative to the auction and have them bid on your behalf if you are unavailable.
