You are able to enter a maximum bid on any listing prior to auction end time. It will only bid the opening amount and then the program will automatically bid the lowest increment, $5, if someone bids against you.

Postage available on small items. This is only things smaller than a microwave. A $10 Packaging fee applies, plus the postage cost.
